A Time Machine To Dissolve Your Mental Prison We’ve all wished that we could go back in time and change things. We’ve all done things we regret. We’ve hurt others and ourselves in the past. The energy of these experiences stays with us as guilt and regret, which become bricks in the mental prison we build around ourselves throughout our lives. With every experience, we either grow or add to our prison wall, our Wall of Isolation. Adding to the wall is usually what people chose to do because it offers quick, easy, solid protection against emotional pain. Unfortunately, the issue remains as guilt until we release it. The prison wall doesn’t get rid of the issue, it only gives you the illusion that the issue is gone. It only hides you from the problem until you are completely obscured from your own life.
