A Time Machine To Dissolve Your Mental Prison

We’ve all wished that we could go back in time and change things. We’ve all done things we regret. We’ve hurt others and ourselves in the past. The energy of these experiences stays with us as guilt and regret, which become bricks in the mental prison we build around ourselves throughout our lives.
With every experience, we either grow or add to our prison wall, our Wall of Isolation. Adding to the wall is usually what people chose to do because it offers quick, easy, solid protection against emotional pain. Unfortunately, the issue remains as guilt until we release it. The prison wall doesn’t get rid of the issue, it only gives you the illusion that the issue is gone. It only hides you from the problem until you are completely obscured from your own life.

In order to release ourselves, we must dissolve the very reason we built the wall, and forgiveness dissolves guilt. When you forgive yourself for everything you’ve ever done, your prison wall disappears completely.
There are many ways to accomplish this. One method is to remember that the physical is just an illusion, so ultimately we don’t really do anything because three dimensions aren’t real from the point of view of Unity Consciousness. It also helps to remember that most encounters in our lives are pre-arranged beyond our awareness, so that each party can learn what they need to.
Remember that the point is to forgive yourself, so do this any way you can. When you release your guilt, you can grow and expand far more easily than when you’re also dragging your past along with you. When you release all of your past, growth becomes effortless. The only reason it hurts to grow is because we hold on to who we used to be. We cling to the way we used to think about ourselves because it is a comfortable, familiar, easy habit.
Regret makes us want to go back and change the past, but our bodies can’t go back in time. Luckily, they don’t need to. Our mind is our built-in Time Machine. We can focus on any moment in the past, present and future. In our imagination, we can change the energy that we contributed, and the energy of the interaction itself. We can imagine any interaction, with any outcome. We get rid of the problem by changing the future, we change the future by changing the present, and one way to alter the present is to rethink the past.

Changing the past in your mind will cause you to remember it differently. Since the past exists only in our memory, changing our memory changes the past, literally and directly.
Your imagination will change the energy of your past. Your actions in the present will create your future by altering your past. When we act from the opposite polarity in the present, our physical actions nullify what we regret in the past.
Release your self by forgiving your self. Your present emotions, thoughts and actions alter the past while simultaneously creating your future.
Be Well Always!
